Limited Warranty Statement BottleKeeper is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class products through authorized resellers. Our policy is to honor product warranties on products purchased from an authorized BottleKeeper reseller and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a BottleKeeper product from an unauthorized dealer, your BottleKeeper limited warranty will not be valid.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized BottleKeeper resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a limited warranty from BottleKeeper. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, or defective. Please protect yourself and your BottleKeeper product be ensuring that you only purchase BottleKeeper products from an Authorized BottleKeeper Reseller.
